Lead the redesign of CapSource Connect during platform migration from Wordpress to Vue.js and expand feature set.

User Research
Currently, the business relies on internal teams to provide “services” to educators. To move Capsource toward a self-service model, we conducted a series of interviews with internal Capsource members, as well as intended users.
